It is allowed to lift a ball in a bunker, rake the sand, and then replace the ball in the same previous position.
GUR AND COMPULSORY DROP ON 1st AND 10th FAIRWAY.
Rule 25-1c. Ball in Abnormal Ground Condition Not Found.
If it is known or virtually certain the ball cannot be found in the GUR you may take relief. You may substitute another ball, without penalty. The spot where the ball last crossed the outermost limits of the GUR must be determined and the ball is deemed to lie at this spot and the ball is dropped within one club-length and not nearer the hole. If ball is found then the nearest point of relief may be used, again, not nearer the hole.
PROCEDURE FOR A COUNTBACK.
Add last nine (9) holes, If no outright result then:-

In the case of a stroke event, all steps above apply, subtracting relevant percentage (%) of handicap in each instance.
When there is less than 12 Players competing in an event, there will be only One grade.
All Aggregate / Extra Events, will be scored as Stableford.
During Matchplay events ALL players present on the day, will hit off the plates (on the money hole only) to participate.
l) Transportation (Golf Carts): It is not a breach of a Rule of Golf to use motorised transport, and the Committee must establish a prohibiting condition if they wish players to walk during a stipulated round. If it is desired for players to walk in a competition, it is recommended that the condition in Appendix I, Part C-8 is adopted. (This includes championship rounds)
